At OliveCom, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
1. Service-Based Refunds
- Since our services are digital and customized, we generally do not provide refunds once work has begun.
- Refunds may be considered only if no work has been delivered and the request is made within 3 business days of purchase.
2. Cancellations
- Clients may cancel services by providing written notice before project commencement.
- Once project work has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
3. Revisions & Disputes
- If deliverables do not meet agreed specifications, OliveCom will provide reasonable revisions at no extra cost.
- Refunds are not applicable for subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “not as expected”) if services match the agreed scope.
